📦 Case Care+ Protection Policy

Case Care+ is an optional $1.99 add-on that gives you extra peace of mind when purchasing your case. If selected at checkout, this protection covers you for a one-time free replacement in case your item arrives damaged or defective.

✅ What’s Covered:

• Visible damage or defects upon delivery

• Issues caused during shipping

• One-time replacement of the original item purchased

📅 Reporting Window:

• All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of your package being marked as delivered.

• You can submit claim by contacting us on instagram or by our email.

• Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement.

🚫 What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage after delivery

• Incorrect use or handling

• Requests to exchange for a different design, model, or color

• Claims without proof (photo or video evidence of damage)

📌 Additional Notes:

• Case Care+ must be added during checkout; it cannot be added retroactively or purchased after.

• This protection is only valid for the original item purchased and does not transfer to other orders or items.

• Limit one replacement per Case Care+ purchase.
